Easy Aioli Sauce Recipe – Make homemade aioli magic with this quick and easy lemon-herb sauce recipe that is perfect for pairing with your favorite dishes!
Magic Sauce
Creamy, dreamy, bright, and tangy goes-on-everything goodness.
That is exactly how I describe my garlic lemon-herb aioli sauce every time I have recommended it to friends and family… Which is often.
And they always agree!
I thought it was high time I brought this easy aioli recipe (that’s almost too simple to be considered a recipe) to the masses. You’re welcome!
So, What is Aioli?
One of the most popular questions when it comes to aioli is: What is the difference between mayonnaise and aioli?
Mayonnaise is a common condiment made by combining oil, egg yolks, and lemon juice or vinegar.
Aioli is essentially an elevated mayo that is dressed up with additional flavor. In fact, mayonnaise is the base of aioli. Bursting with bold lemon zest, minced garlic, and fresh herbs, our (Magic) Aioli Sauce Recipe elevates your favorite basic mayo up several notches on the deliciousness scale.
Easy Homemade Aioli Sauce
Although made-from-scratch aioli is a wonderful complement to many dishes, our easy aioli hack uses simple store-bought mayonnaise to make the most tantalizing dipping sauce, without having to work with raw eggs and oil.
Using jarred mayonnaise as the base, this foolproof aioli recipe lets you quickly create a robust lemon-herb flavor that pairs well with just about anything!
Try it on roasted potatoes or fries, with seafood, salads, smoked meats, grilled artichokes, crab cakes, fresh-cut or roasted vegetables, and much more!
Our Magic Easy Aioli Sauce takes only minutes to make and is perfect for keeping in the fridge and enjoying with nearly all of your favorite dishes.
