Czechia has been lagging behind on the ESOP system. At Czech Founders with Jan Čurn and Vit Horky we brought over 140+ founders together to express what the startup ecosystem needs to bring Czechia to the forefront of the European startup system. We believe the government can adjust the current legislation by bringing a simple and transparent framework that:1️⃣ Respects the principle "no tax before cash" 💰2️⃣ Removes bureacracy and unnecessary restrictions regarding the range of beneficiaries, the date of sale or the necessity of the employee remaining in the company 🔄.3️⃣ Enables simple corporate governance with no hurdles requiring high number of registered shareholders due to the possibility of using option rights ✍️.4️⃣ Looks at the employee as an investor 📈. #czechfounders #zalepsiesop #innovation #startup

Another push for Ukraine - We can do it - UpdateSunday evening we started a quick fundraiser for Ukraine. Within 36 hours we collected EUR 4,676. Via the Red Cross in Prague and the Ukrainian Embassy we understand there’s an immediate need for medical supplies.This morning the people of Klinimed called me to tell us that they are willing to at least double our order!The first shipment will go with us to Prague, from there to the Ukraine border.Today we got in touch with Johan Kruijthoff. He set up an amazing supply chain with his partners to the Polish/ Ukraine border. We received a list of medical supplies his channels urgently need.Our friends can partially fill up this need with what they have on stock. For that we need to collect an additional EUR 6,700. Would it not be great if we get that and ship it asap to Ukraine!Please help us to get there.
