I got so many requests from you guys to share some smoothie bowl recipes after I posted a few on Instagram stories last week I thought I’d share a couple of my favorites. These are all heavily inspired/adapted from one of my favorite cookbooks, Good Clean Food. The nice thing about smoothie bowls is once you get the hang of it, they are so easy and quick to make. The possibilities are truly endless. We have the Ninja Professional Blender and honestly I am blown away at how great this thing is for the price. I’m going to do a giveaway later today on Instagram so stay tuned!
Vitamin C Bowl
1 cup frozen mangos
1/4 cup frozen avocado
1/4 frozen pineapple (optional, this will make the bowl sweeter)
1/2 orange
1/2 cup coc milk
1/2 cup coc water
1 tsp coconut oil
turmeric
coconut strips
strawberries
Directions
Blend frozen ingredients, coconut milk, coconut water, turmeric and coconut oil until smooth. Top with toasted coconut strips and sliced strawberries.
Get Your Greens Bowl
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup frozen avocado
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup Aqua ViTea Turmeric Kombucha (you can use any kind of kombucha)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp coconut oil
chia seeds
toasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
Directions
Blend frozen ingredients, kombucha, coconut water and coconut water until smooth. Top with chia and toasted pumpkin seeds. The pumpkin seeds add a salty crunch I love, but you can substitute this with toasted almonds, or anything else you like.
Berry Good Bowl
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 frozen banana
banana sliced
1 -1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
hemp seeds
granola mix
Directions
Blend frozen ingredients and almond milk until smooth. Top with slice banana, granola mix and hemp seeds.

These sound delicious! Can’t wait to give them a try! I’m curious about how you freeze the avocado, every time I try it gets weird/inedible.
Thanks for sharing these!

I actually buy frozen avocados at the grocery store. It’s way cheaper than buying them fresh usually and they’re typically in the frozen fruit section!
